3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
PACE Motor Group's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only request non-sensitive identity scopes (email, profile, openid) strictly to log you in.
- We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your Google personal data to any third party.
- We do NOT use your Google data for targeted advertising or user profiling.
- Your Google profile information is stored encrypted and accessible only by you and authorized fleet administrators.

All data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest within our enterprise PostgreSQL database utilizing PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). You retain full rights to access, download, or request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time.
