1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PACE Motor Group Ltd. at https://pacemotorgroup.com, including reserving, renting, or purchasing vehicles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility & Verification
Drivers must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license and meet minimum age requirements (21 years for executive sedans, 25 years for high-performance supercars). Identity verification and insurance pre-authorization are required prior to vehicle handover.
3. Reservations & Cancellations
Bookings can be reserved online through our secure portal. Full rental terms, security deposits, and cancellation windows will be detailed in your binding Digital Rental Agreement generated upon booking confirmation.
4. User Account & Google Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. When using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to authenticate your session using the identity tokens provided by Google.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
